    • After receiving this installment, we will proceed to create a sample of the design for your approval.
  3. Third Installment (34% of the total order value):
    • The final installment is due before starting full-scale production of your order.

At Wisdom Handwork, we take great pride in delivering high-quality, handcrafted designs. To ensure customer satisfaction and avoid misunderstandings, we follow a structured 3-Step Sample Approval Process before final production.

Our 3-Step Sample Approval Process

  1. Drawing Approval
    • We begin by creating a detailed design sketch or drawing based on your requirements.
    • Images or videos of the drawing will be shared with you for approval. Any changes you wish to make must be communicated at this stage.
    • Once approved, we proceed to the next step.
  2. Sample Creation
    • Based on the approved drawing, we create a sample of the embroidery or garment design.
    • Images or videos of the sample will be shared for your review. You can request minor adjustments if needed at this stage.
    • After your approval, we move to full-scale production.
  3. Production
    • Once the sample is approved, we begin production of the final product.
    • Updates in the form of images or videos will be shared during production to keep you informed of the progress.
    • After final quality checks, the order is dispatched.

Return Policy

  • No Returns Accepted:
    Since all our products are handcrafted and customized to your specific requirements, we do not accept returns.
  • Error from Our Side:
    • If there is a genuine error or defect in the work caused by us, we will alter or fix the issue at no additional cost.
  • Change in Client Requirements:
    • If the client wishes to make changes to the design or alter the dress after production (and the fault is not from our side), such modifications will be chargeable.
